Geosense specialises in the manufacture of vibrating wire and MEMS sensors, which are used to produce a wide range of instruments. In addition we manufacture automated data acquisition systems to complement our sensors and a range of inherently safe pneumatic pumps for use in the environmental sector.
We have the dynamic attitude of a young organisation, as well as the tradition and experience of a long established company. We take a consultative sales approach, treating our clients’ projects as if they were our own. Our engineers, specialists in geotechnical monitoring, utilise their experience in the lifetime function and performance of the monitoring systems we supply to help you make the right decisions.

OUR FACILITIES
We have an extensive in-house range of specialist process equipment for machining, heat treatment, welding, swaging, load and pressure testing, PCB manufacture and electrical and mechanical assembly. All components are manufactured using CAD-CAM and CNC techniques and this, together with rigorous inspection under our ISO 9001 quality management system, ensures products are always of the highest quality.
TRAINING
Geosense can provide both classroom and onsite training sessions. Geosense can give your engineers the confidence to install on-site as well as provide project specific training.

The British Geotechnical Association (BGA) is the principal association for geotechnical engineers in the United Kingdom. It also performs the role of the Ground Board for the Institution of Civil Engineers, as well as being the UK member of the International Society for Soil Mechanics & Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE) and the International Society for Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering (ISRM).
